Lindenmeyr Munroe, a leader in the distribution of paper, packaging, wide format, and JanSan products is expanding its reach into Florida with a fully stocked distribution center opening in Tampa on March 31. The new facility will serve commercial printers and businesses across the state.
The move is exciting for Florida’s thriving print and graphic arts communities, many who work with the region’s well-established hospitality, food & beverage, travel & tourism, and health care sectors. The new warehouse facility will serve all of Florida, including Jacksonville, Naples, and Southeast Florida markets.
Additional inventory from Lindenmeyr Munroe warehouses outside of Florida will be accessed through a nightly shuttle system that will ensure timely delivery on all orders and provides access to leading brands.
Lindenmeyr’s longstanding commitment to local support in each of its regions – providing local people, local trucks, and local inventory – has been key to its success throughout its geographies, including the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Mid-West, Texas, Oklahoma, and Georgia.
Florida will be no different.
“Our Florida sales and customer support teams are all local, professional and enthusiastic,” said Bill Meany, President of Lindenmeyr Munroe. “They are extremely knowledgeable about the varied markets in every corner of the state, as well as the diverse needs of each region.”
Meany added that strong supplier relationships and best-in-class service platform will further enhance the Florida customer experience, with a comprehensive product selection from top manufacturers in every category and the capacity to deliver those products next day.
Lindenmeyr Munroe will also bring to the Florida marketplace a state-of-the-art eCommerce platform, adding to the ease of doing business.
“Our customers will be able to order online, track shipments, and check both mill availability and warehouse inventory levels in real time,” said Jeffrey K Schwarz, Vice President/General Manager of Lindenmeyr’s Atlantic region, which includes Florida.
Lindenmeyr Munroe has been in the distribution business for more than 160 years and is independently owned and operated.
